1. Information We Collect

OdinBox News ("Site") does not require registration and does not collect personally identifiable information such as name or email.

2. Automatically Collected Data

• IP address, browser type, device info, timestamp, pages visited
• Anonymous visit stats via Cloudflare Web Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4)

3. Records for User Posts (Live Chat & Comments)

For user-generated posts (live chat, comments), to enable a legal response and cooperation with investigations regarding defamation, insults, threats, or unlawful content, we record and retain the following alongside each post. This is disclosed on the posting screen.

• The raw IP address at posting time, User-Agent (device/browser), country, and timestamp
• The content and nickname (if provided)

These raw access records are not shown to ordinary users (only a masked form is displayed) and are accessible only to site administrators. They may be provided only upon a lawful request (a court warrant, or a request under applicable law). Retention is for the period required by law or to resolve disputes (generally up to 1 year), after which they are destroyed.

4. Cookies & Advertising (Google AdSense)

This site may display ads via Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits. You can opt out of personalized ads via Google Ads Settings.

5. Retention

Analytics data is retained for up to 26 months and then deleted. Post access records (Section 3) are kept for up to 1 year, or until any related investigation or dispute concludes.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell or share collected data with third parties except upon a lawful request (in particular, the post access records in Section 3), and only to the minimum extent of that request.
